Anyone wishing to submit a team listing
on the Sandlot America web site are required to fill out the form below. All questions must be answered. Sandlot America requires a telephone number to verify the team listing. We do this to help ensure the validity of the information provided at our web site.

Team listings will be verified by telephone.
Team listings will be posted through December 31 of each year. At that time all listings will be
deleted. At that time teams should resubmit their listing with the current information.
Additionally, if their are modifications to your team listing throughout the year feel free
to submit changes. Our goal is to provide accurate information that is useful to the public.
Sandlot America reserves the right to modify information and content as it determines necessary
for publication on its web site. Sandlot America also reserves the right to deny or cancel any
link from this web site without prior written consent.
